Join Texas State University's Donor Engagement team as they share how they built and launched the Gift Compliance and Utilization Portal, a 2025 ADRP ISA award winner. This first-of-its-kind internal fund stewardship platform centralizes access to donor fund data, compliance tools, and reporting for over 1,400 gift accounts. Developed entirely in-house without additional staffing or consulting support, this SharePoint-based system provides faculty and staff with real-time access to fund MOUs, activity reports, FAQs, and training tools, transforming how the university manages donor intent and accountability. Participants will learn how this cross-functional initiative improved transparency, reduced administrative inefficiencies, and strengthened institutional trust through proactive fund stewardship. The session highlights practical steps for designing scalable, user-focused solutions that can be replicated at any institution seeking to modernize its compliance and internal donor stewardship processes.
